This system is intended for use by graduates of Texas A&M University at College Station, Texas A&M University at Galveston, or Texas A&M University at Qatar in order to obtain a duplicate or additional copy of an original diploma issued by the entities listed above.

Duplicate diplomas are not available for degrees awarded by the Texas A&M University Health Science Center prior to its merger with Texas A&M University in the fall of 2013. However, these graduates are eligible to obtain a reissued diploma, which will include the current seal and authorized signatures of Texas A&M University.

All duplicate and reissued diplomas will indicate the date of reissue in the bottom left corner. Duplicate and reissued diploma requests are charged a non-refundable fee of $50 per individual diploma copy ordered. This fee includes shipping and handling charges. All Texas A&M University diplomas, including duplicates and reissued diplomas, are produced offsite by a third-party vendor and may require 6 to 8 weeks for processing and delivery.

Certified Electronic Diplomas (CeDiplomas) are available for Texas A&M University students that graduated in May 2016 or later.  If you graduated in May 2016 or later, you may obtain your CeDiploma through the Former Student or My Record tab of your Howdy portal.  CeDiplomas are currently unavailable for Texas A&M University certificates.  Further information and frequently asked questions regarding CeDiplomas can be found here.
